This was done as a project for my Digital Audio/Video class at ILIS. The project in question was to animate with a marionette, and we had to incorporate 3D space somewhere in the project. My puppet was the Blue Dynamic, a hapless hero who could never live up to the super-standards expected of him. I designed the puppet and many of the elements used in the movie in Photoshop, and took the background photographs on location in Schaumburg, Illinois.
I submitted this short to the 2007 ARTimation festival, and it was featured on the animation reel.
